Declaration of consent regarding the editing of photographs and/or video footage in accordance with the GDPR

By signing this document, the participant agrees that during the Ostbelgien Classic, photographs will be taken and/or video footage will be made on which the participant and his vehicle are clearly identifiable. The consent also applies to the publication and the free use of the photographs and/or video footage on the association's homepage, Facebook page and in other publications of The Event AG. The declaration of consent may be withdrawn in writing, without stating a reason, at any time by sending an e-mail to info@ostbelgien-classic.be

The following personal data are processed for our motorsports events: name, address, date of birth, nationality, phone number, e-mail address, clothing size, identity card number, driving licence number, club, bank details and vehicle details. You provided these data when you registered.

Your personal data are only used for the organisation, execution and announcement of events of The Event AG. Use of the personal data for other purposes as well as their transfer to a third party require the participant's separate consent.

We process your personal data for the execution of the agreement resp. to take measures prior to entering into a contract (article 6 paragraph 1 lit. b GDPR). Photographs and video footage on which you can be identifiable are processed on the grounds of the consent you provided (article 6 paragraph 1 lit. a GDPR).

Your personal data are saved digitally and/or on paper by The Event AG and can only be seen by authorised people or members. Your personal data are deleted as soon as the purpose of the data processing has been achieved.

You have a right to information about the personal data relating to you, a right to rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability and objection. In the event of a suspected breach of the data protection right you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Liability waiver

I relieve the organisation and all workers and helpers of the rally of any responsibility and liability for any intentional and unintentional damage which might arise, directly or indirectly, before, during or after the rally. This also applies to damage caused by third parties. The disclaimer relates to damage to people, objects and vehicles as well as all possible consequential damage. Furthermore, I expressly refrain from taking any legal action whatsoever, for whatever reason, against the organisation of the Ostbelgien Classic 2020. I took note of the rules and accept the conditions set out therein. I release the organisers and all staff and helpers of the rally from any responsibility and liability for any damage that may occur directly or indirectly, before, during or after the rally, both for damage caused intentionally and not intentionally. This also applies to damage caused by third parties. The waiver of liability applies to damages to persons, objects and vehicles as well as all possible consequential damages. I also expressly waive my right to take legal action against the organisers of the Ostbelgien Classic 2022 in any way and for any reason. I have taken note of the regulations and accept the conditions listed therein.
